​​Person-Centred Counselling in Bexhill-on-Sea.

Counselling sessions - are charged at £50 per hour for individuals and £65 per hour for couples. 


Working with children (ages 12-18) - will require parent/s or carer/s permission and you will be provided with a safeguarding policy and usual contract.


Concessions - are available, for those that are struggling financially, please let me know if this is needed. (If at any point you are struggling once sessions have started, please discuss this with me, as I have a sliding scale).


Sessions that are offered - Face to face, Telephone and Video Calls, please note for Video and telephone calls, that sessions would need to be paid upfront via bank transfer. Video and Telephone sessions are the same as face to face so please ensure that you are in a confidential space to be able to talk freely and you won't be disturbed. 


Amount of sessions - there is no set amount, leaving the control to you as the client to decide the number of sessions you would like, this can be weekly or fortnightly, which again is your choice. At the end of each session you will be invited to book in for your next session if you wish.


Available times - Monday to Friday; 9.30am to 8.00pm and weekends 11.30pm to 5.00pm. (subject to availability)


​Supervision - sessions are for £50 for an hour and 1.5 hours at £75. 


Payments - are usually done via bank transfer no later than 24 hours before the session is due to start (My cancellation policy is non-refundable if under 24 hours before the session starts). Please contact me if you have any questions in regard to payment. Receipts are given on request.


Confidentiality - I will ensure that what we discuss will be confidential, there may be occasions when this may need to be breached (which would be unusual), such as harm to self or others, I will endeavour to let you know when this situation arises. There will be a contract and discussion in the first session surrounding this, ensuring that you know the limitations, this is standard in all counselling. 


​Ethics - as an accredited counsellor I follow the BACP's ethicalframework and I have regular supervision (every 2 weeks for 1.5 hours) more than the BACP's standard requirements, to ensure that I am working ethically and safely. 


Insurance - I have specific insurance for counsellors, and can work from home, online and telephone. I follow GDPR and I am registered with the ICO and I have a full DBS.
