Counselling sessions are charged at £50 per hour for individuals and £65 per hour for couples. ​

Concessions are available, including student discount, OAPS, and low income households.

Sessions that are offered are; Face to face, Telephone and Video Calls, please note for Video and telephone calls, that sessions would need to be paid upfront via bank transfer. Video and Telephone sessions are the same as face to face so please ensure that you are in a confidential space to be able to talk freely and you won't be disturbed. 

There is no set amount of sessions, leaving the control to you as the client to decide the number of sessions you would like, this can be weekly or fortnightly, which again is your choice. At the end of each session you will be invited to book in for your next session if you wish.

Available times are: Monday to Friday; 9.30am to 8.00pm and weekends 11.30pm to 5.00pm. (subject to availability)

​Supervision sessions are for £50 for an hour and 1.5 hours at £75.

Payments are usually done via bank transfer no later than 24 hours before the session is due to start (My cancellation policy is non-refundable if under 24 hours before the session starts). Please contact me if you have any questions in regard to payment. Receipts are given on request.
