​I don’t offer free introductory consultations. Instead, new clients book a full 1-hour first session.
This gives us the time and space to explore what’s bringing you to counselling, talk about how I work, and see whether working together feels right for you. Your first session is a complete, focused hour — not a rushed call or a brief screening conversation.
There’s no obligation to continue after this session. Once you’ve experienced how I work, you’re free to decide whether you’d like to book further appointments.
