Free Consultations- I don't offer free introductional consultations. Instead, new clients book a full 1-hour session. This allows us the time to explore what's happening for you right now, discuss how we might work together, and see whether we are a good fit. Your first session is a full, focused hour dedicated entirely to you - not a rushed conversation. There is no obligation to continune after this appointment; you are then free to decide if you'd like to book further sessions once you have experienced how I work.
