 located in Bexhill, East Sussex.

Little Lodge is a confidential, welcoming space where you are free to be yourself and talk at your own pace. There are no expectations, no pressure, and no judgement — just room for you to bring whatever you need to bring.

Many people feel anxious about reaching out for counselling, unsure of what to expect or whether it will feel right. I’m very aware of this, and I aim to make the first steps into counselling feel as safe, steady, and human as possible, giving you space to decide whether working together feels like a good fit.

I work from a person-centred approach, which means I offer a supportive, accepting relationship rather than advice, analysis, or direction. Sessions are led by you — whether you arrive with something clear you want to explore, or simply a sense that something isn’t sitting right.

I offer face-to-face sessions, as well as video and telephone counselling.
The practice has on-road parking available and is close to a local bus route.
